Simple Guide to Learn Self Hypnosis

After going through some important tips on self hypnosis before starting, below are the useful information about starting it.

Useful points just before starting self hypnosis:
 
  • Select the timing in which you won't be disturbed for half an hour or so. Atmosphere should be calm and serene. 
  • Be in a comfortable position.
  • Play light and pleasant music in the background.
  • Select a concentration point, be it a point on a wall or something hanging from the ceiling.
 
Once done below are the steps to start self hypnosis:
 
  • stare at the point, fix your eye and make no movement.
  • Don't allow anything to come to your mind. If still something comes repeatedly, just ignore it. 
  • take five to ten deep breaths
  • Relax your whole body by giving the relaxing command to each and every part of your body from head to toe.
  • Try to feel that your eyelids are drooping and heavy.
 
Once you are fully relaxed, and feeling like floating, you can tell yourself this phrase: “I am feeling better and better each time I do this process.” Chant this phrase or any other positive phrase. Chant this phrase a few times, and then you can come back to conscious state.
 
Please repeat these steps everyday. At first it would be a tedious process, or it would look like one. But as the time goes by, you will automatically go to the trance easily, and in less time.
 
This way you give brain suggestions and ask the subconcious to stop any negative feelings, bad habits and develop positive thoughts to accomplish any work in daily life and achive your goals.
